Exhibition and Sponsorship Management


Sponsorship is often a critical ingredient for a successful event. As well as financial support, it offers valuable business and networking opportunities for both delegates and marketers.

Seed Events has a dedicated sponsorship consultant assigned to each event. Your relationships will be nurtured and new sponsors targeted with a view to maximizing the best return for all parties.

Initially developing a Sponsorship & Exhibition plan in line with your targets your consultant will then create a prospectus unique to your event and commence securing sponsors.

Once the sponsorship is committed, your Consultant will work to ensure all expectations are met and that the best investment outcomes are reached. In turn, developing a long-term relationship with the sponsor and increased loyalty for future events.

Exhibition Management

The Exhibition space is often the networking hub for an event. With the right floor plan it can be an engaging and inviting space. Seed Events will work with exhibitors, venue and suppliers to maximise the flow of delegates throughout and create ample opportunities for communicating.

From the moment exhibitors commit to participate in your event, our level of attention and logistical support offered is second to none.

Exhibition Services

  • Develop a vision for the exhibition space
  • Develop and distribute a trade exhibition prospectus
  • Develop creative floor plans that maximise exposure for exhibitors
  • Appoint an exhibition build company
  • Develop email campaigns to prospective sponsors or exhibitors.
  • Manage all enquiries and sales of the trade booths, and arrange registration of exhibition representatives.
  • Manage all exhibition bookings and arrangements with contractors and participating companies.
  • Prepare all Exhibition related collateral.
  • Provide on-site management for the exhibition including bump in and bump out.
  • Co-ordinate catering within the trade exhibition for delegates and exhibitors.
  • Prepare and distribute exhibitor Kits in conjunction with the conference venue.
  • Invoice and receipt all exhibition payments.
  • Arrange freight forwarding and loading dock services.
  • Manage booth construction and signage.
  • Prepare on-line evaluation surveys for exhibitor/sponsors after the conference.

Secretariat Services

A natural extension of our work with your association is the management of your secretariat. We can assist with all aspects of the day to day running of your association. With a dedicated phone line installed at our office, all incoming enquiries would be handled with our professional customer service.

Seed Secretariat service is a cost efficient alternative to employing a full time administrative officer and ongoing office expenses.
